Spirit Tees Return Policy
How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

Contact Us: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at HarrisonSpiritTees@gmail.com with your order number and include pictures of the items you'd like to return.

Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Only returns that have been confirmed by our team will be accepted.

Return Shipment: Once approved, return the items in their original packaging, making sure they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Spirit Tees does not provide a Freight to Collect (FTC) service.
Ineligible Items for Return:
- Tights, underwear, pyjamas, swimsuits, socks, masks (due to hygiene considerations)
- Sample items
- Items damaged deliberately
- Items outside the 7-day return window
- Delayed deliveries due to incorrect recipient information
Refunds for Unshipped Orders:
If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, we can refund the shipping fee and the design cost but not the total clothing value.
Refunds for Delayed Shipments:
We aim to complete orders within 3-7 business days and ship by the 8th business day. If we miss this window, we will refund up to 10% of the original commodity price as compensation.
Submitting Claims for Defective or Lost Items:
For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, submit your claim with pictures within 7 days of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Deliveries:
If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to HarrisonSpiritTees@gmail.com for assessment and further action.
Print Design Tolerance:
Please note that we allow a print placement tolerance of 0.5". Minor variations will not be considered defects.
